Rules
The Vault: What is currently
in the vault can be found at the link above. It should be updated soon
after every donation or request.
Donations for the vault should be sent by in-game mail to Kolmirg (Sturn's
alt that is posted in Stormwind).
Requests for an item or a
loan of gold must be sent by in-game mail to Kolmirg. The request must include
30 copper pieces to pay for return postage. Duplicate requests for the same item
will be given to the first requestor.
Limits on requests: Members should not attempt to deplete the vault of
its gold or items by repeated or huge requests. Only those of Squire or higher
rank (not new Pages) may make requests from the vault. This is an honor system,
but basic limitations are as follows -
Maximum gold loans of one-half of player's top character level. The loan must be paid back before another loan may be taken. When requesting a gold loan, you must include in the message your top character's level.
Two item requests per week. Unused requests are lost (you may not request 4 items in a week if you requested none the week before). When requesting an item loan, you must include in the message how many items you have previously requested this week.
Left-over items: When space is needed in the vault, items that have not been requested for some time may be disenchanted. The materials gained can be requested by members or be sold for more gold for the vault.
